One of the Museum’s primary aims is education. Learning and discussion are central to what we do, and form the basis for the entire visitor experience.

This educational ethos can be seen in every part of the Museum, but we do have our very own space: the education room.

Bright and airy, it’s equipped with interactive multimedia boards and other materials, and this is where we like to hold our learning sessions and workshops. Our educational activities are aimed at schools of every type and level. We offer a wide range of options including guided tours, themed visits and educational workshops.

At Officina della Scrittura we believe that each visit is a unique opportunity for discovery, discussion and growth.

This is why we propose various pre-structured educational formulas, designed to stimulate curiosity and participation. At the same time, we are happy to build a customised experience together with you,
modelled on the specific needs of your class.

Age, interests and objectives of the group are key elements in making the most of your time with us. Contact us: our Education Department team is on hand to help you choose the most suitable route or create a tailor-made proposal.

You can choose a guided tour of the museum, enriching it with a visit to Manifattura Aurora and a didactic workshop to experiment what you have learnt in a practical and creative way. Combined packages are available at reduced rates for schools, ideal for building a complete and engaging experience.

The Museum is fully accessible, has outdoor spaces, a refreshment area with restaurant and cafeteria, and is equipped to accommodate school groups in total safety and comfort. In addition, we offer the possibility of activating PCTO (formerly school-to-work alternation) courses, to be designed in collaboration with the institutes interested institutions.
